About Scenarios..

We are going to write scenarios of usage of our product. Those fictional scenarios will helps us to tell about our product to interviewees, to the friends, to the followers of our blog and to the classmates. Anyone who listens it will be able to understand the product, the usage of it, the aim of its creation, the value propositions and the revenue channels with ease. Let me create the first scenario..

  1. This approach should help you refine your MVP and product-market fit. Even though you have ruled out government customers, there are still quite a few potential customer segments out there you could go after depending on your product offering. As discussed, perhaps start with transportation or food service at Bilkent and understand how those services are procured (who is the decision maker, how are decisions taken, etc). Price is only going to be one factor in the decision making process. How are you comparing different offerings from suppliers outside of price?
